Wheel Chair Tricep Dips
This piece of equipment was also manufactured by the work
centre's workshop, and consists of a U-shaped frame mounted
horizontally to a metal frame that supports it.
The U-shaped frame is allowed to move up and down on bearings,
allowing the patient to push the frame down and resist the
upward motion and in so doing exercise their triceps muscles.
The frame is wide enough for a wheelchair to fit into and
weights are stacked manually onto the front to offer resistance.
